Mediterranean Breakfast!🥘
It's really good, must try.
Ingredients:
4-5 Potatoes (in cubes) fried
2 Bell peppers
1 Onion (sliced)
3-4 Garlic cloves
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black Pepper
1/2 ts Oregano
some Scallion onions (optional)
1/2 ts dry Spearmint or 10-20 fresh Spearmint leaves
Tomato Sauce:
2 1/2 cups Tomato sauce
2 Garlic cloves
1/2 ts Oregano
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black Pepper
2-3 ts Sugar
2 tbs Olive Oil
Low Heat about 13-18 min
Mix the cooked ingredients shown in the video with:
5-6 Eggs
3-4 tbs Parmesan cheese
Can be served as it is for traditional dish.
or
Add Mozzarella Cheese and put it in the oven on broil for 2 minutes
