Indianapolis police chief prepares for firearm review board with officers involved in fatal shooting of Aaron Bailey

Although the Indianapolis officers will not face charges, they may face discipline within the police department. Indianapolis police Chief Bryan Roach said the officers will need to speak with the firearms review board about the case.
