Clergy believe justice not served following shooting death of Indianapolis man

After a special prosecutor said two Indianapolis police officers wouldn't be charged in the fatal shooting of Aaron Bailey, city clergy leaders said they are disappointed with the decision. Indianapolis police said more training with officers is underway to gain the community's trust.
