Rearmament of Russia’s Avangard missile system

Russia’s Avangard land-based missile system has been rearmed at the military’s Yasny base. The Defense Ministry reported that the rearming of the Strategic Missile Forces ‘will improve Russia’s strategic nuclear forces’ ability to engage in combat.’
