I am sharing a easy "scrummy" recipe I created that I call my "Euro" pulled pork & "Islander" sauerkraut sandwich. #Scrummy is a word I just made up combo scrumptous & yummy, #scrummy! 😋 Well I thought I did til it popped up in tags but anyway... I especially made this pulled pork sandwich for my "Islander" sauerkraut recipe I also came up with to make I hope a new heirloom recipe for our Wild Rose family recipe book. I used my Ninja Foodi multi air fryer and pressure cooker to make this a quick scrumptious family meal option for a busy family or work week schedule. Yes, I used the word scrumptious cuz, well you try it out and let me know if that is the right word for it or not. This recipe I created can be adjusted to suit your taste or health needs but at least may be a template for you to be inspired to create more delightful dishes for you and those you love.
