If 72 Virgins await an Islamist martyr, what do Christians get for Soul Winning?

For a Muslim - any person who follows the religion of Islam must believe (1) there is a creator of the universe, Allah; (2) He alone is God, there is none other as revealed by its Prophet Muhammed through the Qur’an and (3) they must believe he was the last prophet sent by their God, Allah.
In Islam, the recordings of the sayings, actions, or tacit approval or disapproval of the Islamic prophet Muhammad are called the Hadeeth. They are considered to be a secondary source of Islamic law and theology, second only to the Quran. The Hadeeth, provides to the fateful, actionable guidance on how to put into daily practice the Iman (faith) in Allah. It is where purpose meets religious rituals. By the ordinance of the Hadeeth, the greatest achievement possible for a Muslim fateful is to die as a martyr (Shahid) for the sake of Allah.
A shahid is considered one whose place in Paradise is promised according to several verses in the Quran, for example:

"Think not of those who are slain in Allah's way as dead. Nay, they live, finding their sustenance in the presence of their Lord; They rejoice in the bounty provided by Allah. And with regard to those left behind, who have not yet joined them (in their bliss), the (Martyrs) glory in the fact that on them is no fear, nor have they (cause to) grieve."

The Prophet Muhammad led several military expeditions during his lifetime, known as Al-Maghaazi in Arabic. These expeditions were undertaken for a variety of reasons, including to spread the message of Islam. In one of those expeditions the Sahih al-Bukhari reports a narration from Anas ibn Malik, a companion of the Prophet Muhammad. Hadeeth 318 in Volume 5, Book 59. The narration relates an incident involving the martyrdom of Haritha, a young boy who participated in the Battle of Badr, one of the earliest military expeditions led by the Prophet Muhammad.

“Haritha was martyred on the day (of the battle) of Badr, and he was a young boy then. His mother came to the Prophet and said, "O Allah's Apostle! You know how dear Haritha is to me. If he is in Paradise, I shall remain patient, and hope for reward from Allah, but if it is not so, then you shall see what I do?" He said, "May Allah be merciful to you! Have you lost your senses? Do you think there is only one Paradise? There are many Paradises and your son is in the (most superior) Paradise of Al-Firdaus.”

Although the number of 72 virgins (Houris) is not explicitly mentioned in the Qu’ran (see sura 56:35–38) as a reward for the martyrs in the Islamic Heaven - Paradise of Al-Firdaus; It is however, in the Hadeeth that the number 72 is detailed. Additional references to the condition of Paradise and the Houris (Virgins) can be found here Qur’an 55:56; Qur’an 37:48.

As for the Christian who is devoted to soul winning and making disciples of the nations as Jesus commanded, what does such a person receive as reward? Should a Christian, even expect a reward for soul winning – or as it is written – to freely give as has been freely received? Well, yes! Firstly, because a Christian who is saved, now knows the truth. If this person does not then get into soul winning, it is considered evil and wickedness and such a person may not participate in the first resurrection (The Rapture of the saints, before the great tribulation). Eventually, they will be raptured during the tribulation years after enduring great pain, suffering and torture – which has never been seen before in the history of humankind.
