Green tea is a healthy drink that has been around for centuries. It’s believed to have positive effects on the entire body including your metabolism and immune system. Green tea is created from harvesting and brewing the leaves of the Camellia Sinensis plant. Because the tea leaves are cooked relatively quickly after picking, they maintain high levels of their majestic properties.

Broccoli boasts a powerful array of nutrients including vitamins A, C, and K along with a healthy amount of fiber. It also contains folic acid and potassium as well. Peppers form a huge family of foods that range from sweet, all the way up to extra spicy. The color and size of the pepper can give you an idea of its benefits. Smaller peppers tend to be hotter while larger peppers are usually not as spicy. Sweet peppers like bell peppers, come in a variety of colors, but the yellow, orange, and red bell peppers are especially high in vitamin c and beta carotene.
