You know that moment when inspiration strikes out of the blue and you can’t stand still, knowing you just have to do something about it and use this spark that flashed before your eyes? You feel the push of creativity on your back and you have to play or draw and create something!

Some feel the kick of imagination all on their own, while other….need some encouragement. As with everything in life, moderation is key, but let’s not linger on the potential effects of recreational activities on your craft. Instead, we will tell you about the time a little Boxer puppy got struck by the spark of creativity, after a routine visit to the vet.

In this video we see Penny, a several-months-old Boxer, in the midst of what only can be described as a waterfall of inspiration and utter need to express her musical faculty.

Here’s what her owner Tracy had to say about the puppy’s sudden outburst of creative flow: “Penny exercises her creativity through singing, piano, and dance. It's completely improvised and very experimental. She had just taken Bvenadryl and a rabies shot, which may help explain some of the unorthodox methods used in this performance."

We think that Penny has the potential to be accepted into Juilliard and deepen her love for experimental sounds. Best of luck, Penny!
