Is your stress/depression is killing you every day . don't overthink.
Tips to reduce depression are :
1) wake up early morning 4Am
2) do spiritual activity at least for 30minutes
3)Do indoor as well as outdoor exercise
4) start meditation
5) don't overeat
6) keep distractions aways and be busy in your goals
