Aaron Bailey's daughter says the decision not to file charges against two Indianapolis police officers in the shooting death of her father doesn't make any sense to her or her family. Bailey was shot and killed on June 29. Officers had pulled him over for a traffic violation, he drove off and crashed. Bailey was then shot by the officers.
