19 year old hot girl arrested for DUI after providing a fake name.

September 4, 2022, Boca Raton Police Officer De La Rua observed a 2019 Hyundai driving erratically on West Yamato Road. After he stopped the vehicle, he asked the driver, later identified as 19-year-old Sayda Coleman, whether she had been drinking. Sayda initially denied being under the influence of alcohol, and lied about her age by saying that she was 21 years old. The officer detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage from the vehicle and noticed that Sayda was wearing a wristband indicating she had been at a bar or club. When the officer attempted to run her Virginia driver’s license through the system, he was unable to verify its validity.

Officer De La Rua subsequently radioed for backup, and Officer Martel arrived on site shortly thereafter. Based on his suspicion of intoxication, the Officer De La Rua afforded Sayda an opportunity to perform field sobriety exercises. The first test involved the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test. There was a lack of smooth pursuit in each eye. There was distinct and sustained nystagmus at maximum deviation in each eye, along with the onset of nystagmus prior to 45 degrees in each eye. Sayda also failed when performing the Walk and Turn test followed by the One Leg Stand test. The fifth test involved the finger to nose exercise, which was not adequately performed. The sixth test was the recitation of the alphabet, which Sayda was able to do albeit in a slurred manner.

Based on her eventual admission to consuming alcohol, her lack of balance and fine motor coordination, and the officer’s suspicions, Sayda was placed under arrest for driving under the influence. Officer De La Rua transported Sayda to the BRPD booking facility where she agreed to take a breathalyzer test. Her breathalyzer test indicated a BAC of 0.166%, which is over twice the legal limit. She was subsequently transported to the Palm Beach County Jail and released with a court date after a mandatory holding period.
