Québec New York 2001: 9/11’s Lost Exposition
Two years of preparation. Two months of events. $15 million in expenses. Québec New York 2001 was set to be the most spectacular and creative expression of French-Canadian art and technology the world had yet seen. Its organizers envisioned an ambitious state-wide cultural festival that would redefine what Québec meant to her neighbors – and to the future. And it would all culminate in the Winter Garden of the World Financial Center in lower Manhattan, in the shadow of the twin towers of the World Trade Center.
The day is Monday, September 10th.
This is the incredible true story of Québec New York 2001.
