OREGON - Dr Peters at OHSU performs gender surgeries on children

Julia Shumway a journalist with the Capital Chronicle stated on Twitter "X" that children did not get gender affirming surgeries. This video testimony post Nov. 2022 of Dr Peters states that he does gender surgeries on kids. He describes "top surgery" on a teen which is removal of a girl's breasts. With the passage of HB 2002 in the legislature gender surgeries, puberty blockers and hormones will now be mandated to be covered by health insurance and by OHP in Oregon.
