Raspberry Bliss Pie

Crust:
About a sleeve and half of crushed biscoff cookies
6 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sugar

Raspberry mixture:
1 envelop of unflavored gelatin
3 tbsp cold water
1 frozen raspberry (thawed and crushed in the blender)
About 1 cup of sugar
1 cup of heavy cream

Chocolate:
1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
About 2 tsp coconut oil

Whip cream topping:
2 cups of heavy cream
1 cup powder sugar
