ICRC chief surgeon: Gaza hospital situation 'relentless'

Tom Potokar of the International Committee of the Red Cross said in a video released on Monday (November 13) that his team of doctors at the European Hospital in Khan Younis only had enough time to see half the patients admitted and that the hospital had run out of blood for transfusions.
