Warm up
Lateral Line Jumps (3 sets of 25 reps)
Poliquin step ups (4 sets of 25 reps)
exercise bike (5mins)
Stepping over fence (2 sets of 10 reps each leg)
Stepping under fence (2 sets of 10 reps each leg)
ski jumps 5 jumps each legs 3 sets
Workout
Box Jumps (as many as needed till failure)
Shock jumps (3 sets of 5 reps each)
Shock pause jumps (3 sets of 5 reps each)
Depth jumps (3 sets of 5 reps each)
Seated single leg box jumps (2 sets each leg weak leg first of 6 reps each leg)
