2018-2022 BMW 550i Front and Rear Brake Pad Replacement. Brake Pad Warning Reset Tutorial.

Today we have a 2018 BMW 550i with a brake pad warning message. We do a front and rear pad slap as well as replace both the front and rear wear sensors. We show you how to retract the rear parking brake caliper, reset the brake wear warning message, and reset the parking brake after we're through. These parts are typically done with a scan tool, but we show you how, with a little know how, you can work around that with some fairly simple tools. This process should be the same on 2018 BMW 550i, 2019 BMW 550i, 2020 BMW 550i, 2021 BMW 550i, and 2022 BMW 550i and is pretty similar to most all BMW's.
