Eggless Tutti Frutti Cake Recipe
Ingredients
All-Purpose flour: 150 gm
Condensed Milk: 150 gm
Salted Butter: 40 gm
Oil: 40 ml
Baking Powder: ½ tsp
Baking Soda: ½ tsp
Tutti Frutti: 70 gm
Fresh Orange Juice: 120 ml
Ossoro Tutti Frooti Flavour: ½ tsp

Method:
Step 1: In a mixing bowl add 150 gm condensed milk, 40 gm salted butter, and 40 ml oil. Mix everything.
Step 2: Using a sifter, sieve 150 gm all-purpose flour, ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda directly into the bowl of wet ingredients.
Step 3: Mix dry and wet ingredients.
Step 4: Start adding fresh orange juice little by little and continue to whisk.
Step 5: Add ½ tsp of Ossoro’s tutti frutti flavor and mix it.
Step 6: The batter should be of pouring consistency.
Step 7: Add 70 gm tutti frutti to the batter and give it a stir.
Step 8: Pour the prepared batter into a greased loaf tin. Sprinkle some tutti frutti on the top as well.
Step 9: Bake this cake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 30 minutes.
Step 10: After 30 minutes, take the cake out from the oven and do the toothpick test.
Step 11: Unmould the cake on a wired rack and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Step 12: Slice and serve.
