The Housing Market is not getting any better. In fact, it is worse that it was back in 2008, according to Peter Schiff. He was recently interviewed for his opinions on the economy and the state of the Housing Market. He is concerned with the Unemployment issues and how the data is misleading us as to what is really going on, as well as the status of the Commercial Real Estate market (a disaster). Regarding the Residential Housing Market, he mentioned that the Lenders are losing money on every loan they originate, which makes one wonder how long can they go trying to prop up the Housing Market before the money runs out, etc.
