My set of used tires had come from a truck that was improperly lifted. his front end was way out of alignment, and the tires wound up with a choppy tread and wicked bad camber crown. So, I shaved down the crown of the tire, so that I could drive on a flat and round surface. The difference in handling and ride is incredible.
