Welcome back, beautiful chefs, to the Kitchen Brothers channel! Today, we're diving into the world of Polish cuisine with our simple and elegant Gołąbki recipe. These delectable cabbage rolls are a must-try, made with love and a touch of humor. Join us in the kitchen for a delightful culinary journey!

Ingredients:

50g tomato paste
1 tin of plum tomatoes
Half an onion

For the main dish:

4 onions
500g white long-grain rice
Large white cabbage
750g minced PORK meat (or 500g pork shoulder + 250g raw, unsalted, unsmoked pork bacon)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Steps:

Mince pork and bacon (if using) together.
Rinse rice and cook with water.
Boil water, submerge cabbage, and peel leaves.
Prepare filling: mix minced meat, rice, fried onions, salt, and pepper.
Line the pan with cabbage leaves.
Roll the filling in cabbage leaves and arrange in the pan.
Pour leftover cabbage water over the rolls.
Cook on low heat for about 2 hours or until the cabbage is pale green and very soft.

Tomato Sauce:
Fry half an onion until golden brown. Mix it with tomato paste and ground plum tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
