Welcome: Who I am!

Education and listening to the story of someone else's journey will never go out of style.

The more we know the more we grow so I'm here to learn alongside anyone else willing to better themself.

I consider myself a lifelong student, forever studying, researching, and talking to others who have depth and perspective to add.

This will help expand conversations. When we are informed with info and resources, we become confident enough to tackle these touchy topics.
Human nature is to take the path of least resistance and avoid all the things that aren't easy or don't align with our opinions. We have the potential to raise the vibration of our entire species just by listening to what others have to say and pausing to think before we respond.
Humans have 2 basic needs to thrive: connection and community. Look what happened when the powers that be took that away. Mental conditions got worse, people got sick(er), and the greatest spiritual divide in history is currently underway.

I've never really fit in with any particular group or mold. It used to feel like a curse, now I see it as a blessing that I'm thankful for and base my life off of.

You'd think with all the billboards and commercials we're bombarded with for suicide, veterans support, mental crisis, marital complications, cancer and healthcare there would be endless outlets of support.
Nope! We've been deceived and let down at every turn.

I've learned a lot and know enough to know I still don't know a lot!
My ideas of cannabis, mental health, stress burnout, love and marriage, nature for remedies, holistic living, and natural cancer treatment make me unrecognizable to someone who knew me 20+ years ago. Even 2 months ago, honestly.
I'm so thankful and proud of this.

This has all put me on a new mission which is why I'm rising above and emerging as new. My personal and professional lives are changing. My focus is on drawing my family closer, making connections with people in the community grappling with stigmas, and partnering with local businesses to support our struggling friends.

I will share what I gather through this channel, ENDING STIGMAS, so that you don't have to feel alone, stuck, or dread your days.

The systems aren't going to help. We as individuals have to do the work.
