The town of Lourinhã in Central Portugal is oftendescribed as a real life 'Jurassic Park'.

It was put on the map in the 1990s, following thelandmark discovery of dinosaur eggs containingembryos on a local beach.

At 150 million-years-old, these eggs are the oldest oftheir kind ever discovered.

In 2018, more nests were discovered in the area -helping scientists gain new insight into dinosaurembryo development.
