How Ozone Helped Me Get Rid of Stimming

Upate Nov, 2023: I am now not sure whether the stimming was due to oxalates or possibly copper and vitamin A overload.

Over a year ago I came down with an atrocious food poisoning. After that I had developed this tic I describe in the video. Well, actually I think it was there already before the food poisoning but after the food poisoning it got really bad. It was driving me NUTS. As it turns it out it was due to oxalates build-up. Oxalates are crystal-like structures which are contained in all plant foods. A healthy gut has the ability to digest them so that only a minimal percentage ends up in our blood and organs not causing any immediate problems. A compromised gut does not have that ability and oxalates accumulate in organs and can lead to really freaky symptoms. The tic/stimming I had developed was actually the least of my problems. At my worst oxalate poisoning I was actually not able to drive at all. So the fact that I am able to drive again is probably more impressive than the elimination of that tic.

My “Flushing Out Oxalates” program consists of

- ZC, or Zero Carb, meaning I have been eating ONLY meat.

- ozone treatments: drinking ozonated water, doing vaginal and ear insufflations and ozone IVs. Some of the ozone treatments would leave me debilitated in the beginning of the program. Which I now understand was oxalate dumping being triggered. Others, like drinking ozonated water, would give me both instant relief from some symptoms, and worsening in others. Over time it keeps getting better and better.

- Minerals to bind and flush out the oxalates: I use pure pharmaceutical grade calcium citrate, magnesium citrate, potassium citrate, Vit B 6, zinc citrate from time to time and sodium bicarbonate. One wants to keep the urine alkaline to help the body get rid of the crystals. Especially the calcium citrate kicks in hard. I feel it in my lower back and groin immediately. I guess it is the crystals being flushed out.
