How I Ozonate Water

Update Nov, 2023: This is a backup from Youtube, since they announced that they will be censoring all ozone therapy related videos.

How I ozonate my water:

I usually take mineral water, although distilled water holds more ozone. But since I have been drinking A LOT of ozonated water, I would be running the risk of depleting my mineral levels if I was using distilled water. So I use mineral water for the time being. Once I find a good mineral supplement I might switch to distilled water in the future.

I keep some mineral water in the fridge and some at room temperature. I use a mix of refrigerated and room temperature water in order to keep the water cold enough to hold more ozone but not too cold to make it difficult to drink it.

I use the 2000 ml beaker from Promolife.

I have modified it a bit though. The original comes with a stainless steel stone. This is only good when used with distilled water. With mineral water it leaves a discoloration in the water. So I cut it off and put another piece of silicone tube in, connected by a quick connector.
