Philippine Coast Guard shows rigid-hull inflatable boats sailing in West Philippine Sea (South China Sea) waters toward the rusted-out BRP Sierra Madre ship that serves as the Philippines’ outpost in the disputed sea on November 10, 2023. They resupply mission was completed despite attempts by five China Coast Guard (CCG) vessels and 28 Chinese Maritime Militia (CMM) boats to “recklessly harass, block” the vessels, the PCG alleged.
