Eaton Type 2 108,000A Surge Protector Installed To protect A MicroAir Surge Protector? Sure! Y Not?

I contacted MicroAir and they said it would be best to put a surge protector in the box that feeds power to the A/C - I understand why they would but I but I wanted to hear them say it. The fact is that it is when in doubt error on the side of caution. This is entertainment only... and at it's BEST!!!
