Chondromalacia Patella/Runner’s Knee?! Exercise To Track Better! | Dr Wil & Dr K
Chondromalacia Patella/Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome/Runner’s Knee is a common condition in which the knee cap (Patella) doesn’t track properly in the groove and rubs against the femoral condyles unevenly. This action may soften and damage the cartilage under the knee cap causing pain and discomfort with your daily activities. Add these exercises to help with the tracking problem. Prior to these exercises, make sure to clear out the restrictions in your quadriceps. Below are links to the videos to help you do so.
