Indian MIG-29 Fulcrum: India’s TOP GUN!

First flown in 1977, the Mikoyan MIG-29 is without doubt one of the most successful and recognisable FIGHTER JETS in the world. Designed for the Soviet Air Force as an air superiority fighter, the highly-manoeuvrable, combat proven MIG 29 was also exported internationally. In 1984 the Indian Air Force (IAF) became the first military outside of the WARSAW PACT to operate the MIG29, purchasing forty-four jets. To this day, Indian MIG-29s still operate in frontline roles, and today’s AVIATION ART release pays homage to these venerable warbirds. Enjoy!
