In this video, I share with you one of my favourite, and very easy, Keto + Paleo recipes which is also a perfect meal to break your fast with or just as quick and delicious breakfast or lunch.

**MEMORE TIP: try to fast for at least 16 hours - this is when autophagy kicks in and your cells start to replenish. You also give your digestive system a proper break from working so hard.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 packet of rocket
1/2 packet of organic smoked salmon
1/2 lemon
1 avocado
Some finely sliced or chopped onions
Himalayan salt + pepper
Olive oil
