Ingredients and preparation:
3 eggs
A pinch of salt.
150g sugar.
Beat for a few minutes until a light foam forms.
100 g butter (melted).
100g milk.
200g flour.
Heat a non-stick frying pan (22cm diameter).
Add 2 tablespoons of dough.
Distribute evenly in circular motions.
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
I got 10 pieces.
Trim the edges.
300 g whipped cream (33-36% fat).
3-6 tablespoons caramelized condensed milk (depending on taste)
Spread all layers with cream.
Place in the fridge for 4-6 hours or preferably overnight.
Sprinkle with roasted, chopped arachis.
Cut with a dry, hot knife to ensure a perfect cut!
