Ingredients
Farmers cheese sandwich:
- 140 g farmers cheese
- 60 g full fat greek yogurt
- 1 stalk green onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 bread slices (I used Angelic Sprouted 7-Grain Bread - only 60 calories per slice)
Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Sandwich:
- 3 oz smoked salmon
- 0.5 oz cream cheese
- arugula
- cucumber
- tomato
- red onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 bread slices (I used Angelic Sprouted 7-Grain Bread - only 60 calories per slice)
Tuna Salad Sandwich:

- cucumber
- tomato
- green onion
