Digging Up Plants + Starting Our Fence Project 😃

Today, as part of prepping our house to move, we're digging up plants in our backyard and transplanting them into pots. We're transplanting a panicle hydrangea, one 'Hot Lips' salvia, three dianthus plants, and more! Then, we'll show you our old fence and talk about our plan to build the new one.
