Man billed $278 for calling police in Eaton Rapids

Imagine getting into a car accident and then, on top of your insurance deductibles and everything else, you get hit with another bill just for calling the police. Eaton Rapids Police billed one man $278 for the police car, station administration fees and the officer himself. As FOX 47's Christopher Lane explains, they only billed him because he doesn't live in the city.
