From Jail to Snow

Marlon Franklin is part of the group of 222 Nicaraguan political prisoners released and deported to the U.S. in February 2023. Stripped of his nationality without the opportunity to return to his country, Franklin assimilates to his newly regained freedom in frigid Minnesota, where little by little and far away from his family, he attempts to put his life in order.​
