Police officer rescues dog that fell through ice

Sgt Travis Gray responded to the report of a dog that had fallen through the ice on the canal. At great risk to himself, Sgt Gray rescued the dog. The dog was exhausted and hypothermic but did recover. The dog's humans have been located, and they are reunited.
