Removing the Shackles: Health show Nov 7 2023

Last night I was joined once again by ann callaghan and Dr. Cori Stern for another fantastic health discussion. Our topic for last night's conversation was Shock & Grief. So many people are being rocked at the moment, struggling with grief on so many levels.

Our world feels as if it's falling to pieces around us, and once again it seems as if we are in a cycle of “loss” at the moment, with so many people and pets leaving this realm.
