WTF 120 - Zoe's six week old baby taken by Gvt.(with corrections on the video)

WTF 120 - Zoe, the Mum from Ballarat has her new-born baby taken from her by the police.
Please, be aware of the trigger warning. This contains video of a mother being separated from her new-born (apparently six weeks old). It certainly traumatised me.
Also a correction which was rectified in this video. Originally in the video at the beginning I want to make everyone aware she was originally arrested in September 2020.

The second video is from November 8th, 2023 in which her baby is taken from her by Gvt. Agents for reasons that we are still to find out. This is also her youngest and fourth child that they are taking away.

I want to make everyone aware and stress that this was Zoe's last post on her Face Book today on the 8/11/2023 and it is hard to comment as we do not have any other context except for the footage. I am still struggling to understand what is happening in the footage. I can hear Zoe's father saying what sounds like "give him to me or your Mum". When I stopped and freeze framed the video it looks like a nurse in orange hospital wear is taking the baby away. The person at the end of the video who turns off the video is allegedly Zoe's father. I gathered this from the comments on Zoe's FB profile.

I'm hoping for more context before I make more comment. I can hear "I don't want to hurt the baby" from one of the cops. There are many in the Victorian community that look at cops in a totally different way since the events of the lockdown. This looks like another black mark on the Victorian police force. I wonder how this will play out for the them? As I said I will wait before I make further comment on this as I am yet to be made aware of why the baby was taken away from Zoe.
