The nearly 20 feet of debris have been a problem for the people living on Randy Lane ever since Hurricane Irma hit. Peter Sansone, who lives at the end of the street, has been dealing with it more than most. An extremely large pile of debris has been growing in his back yard since the county started collecting debris from parts of Lehigh. Sansone says it's more than just an eyesore.
