If you feel like having a dessert have this healthy blueberry cake - perfect for weight loss. It is a much better option: low in calories, good amount of protein and tastes so good! You can make it ahead, store it in the fridge and bake it in the morning.

Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/3 cup sweetener (monkfruit sweetener)
2 whole large eggs
1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 oz wild blueberries
1 oz walnuts (optional)
1 tsp baking powder
