How To Swap Your ADA For GERO Tokens Using The GeroWallet

The GeroWallet is a non-custodial Cardano wallet that allows you to store, send and swap your ADA for the GERO token (on certain DEXs). In this quick demonstration, I will walk through the simple steps to swap your ADA for GERO tokens using the Gero Wallet app.

First, download the GeroWallet extention. Once installed, create an account and backup your wallet phrase. Then fund your wallet by either transferring ADA from an exchange or another wallet.
Next, Navigate to your Favorite DEX. We'll be using SundaeSwap for this Tutorial. Locate the GERO/ADA pair, and tap the "Swap" button. Here you will see the option to swap your ADA for GERO tokens. Input the amount of ADA you wish to swap and review the details of the transaction such as the amount of GERO tokens you will receive.

Finally, confirm the swap by entering your wallet password (and biometrics if enabled). Within moments, your ADA will be swapped for GERO tokens which will appear in your Wallet token balance. You can now use your GERO tokens to get rewarded for all the features of the Gero ecosystem.
