J6 prisoners report political retaliation and mistreatment behind bars!

January 6th defendants Owen Shroyer and John Strand have reported that they are being mistreated by prison staff behind bars. Both have allegedly been unjustly locked away in solitary confinement.

Is this not the exact definition of political persecution?
