Info from Licensor: "My family and I were out trick-or-treating. I was taking photos of the beautiful sunset and saw a horse in the distance. The rider looked to be missing their head, so I started recording immediately. My kids (5 & 7 years old) couldn’t believe what we were seeing! The headless horseman is in the neighborhood."
