Cape Coral neighbors frustrated with messy house

Cape Coral residents are beyond frustrated with the lack of progress on a property on their otherwise nice block. A few neighbors spoke with 4 in your corner and described the long history of neglect the house has had since new owners took over the property. They say they've had to call the city just to get the grass cut.
