Sirloin steak. Added salt and pepper. Brats warmed in beer.

Turn grill on heat up to 500.
place steak to one side, leave about 1 minute.

Flip and repeat. Keep doing this until you doneness.

Rare. Cool red center. 125° F 52 ° C.
Medium Rare. Warm red center. 135° F 57 ° C.
Medium. Warm pink center. 145° F 63 ° C.
Medium Well. Slightly pink center. 150° F 66 ° C.
Well Done. Little or no pink. 160° F 71 ° C.

Brats place in beer in a pot. (I have a side burner that I use to keep the mess down in the kitchen)

Warm until about 165.

Remove from pot and grill till you darkness.

Eat and enjoy.
