ingredients:

500 gm thinly cut pork shoulder
8 Ocra
1 large Red onion
1 red bell pepper
1 Lemon grass
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp coconut caramel sauce
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 tbsp sesame seed oil
