Loaded bake potato soup!

Ingredients:
3 Potatoes (baked)
6 Slices of Bacon
4T Butter
2 Cloves Garlic
1/4C Yellow Onion
1/3C Flour
2C Low Fat Milk
1C Half and Half
2C Chicken Broth
1t Salt
1/2t Pepper and Garlic Powder
2C Shredded Cheddar
1C Sour Cream

Baked the potatoes at 400 for an hour. Then halve and scoop out in a bowl. Fry your bacon and chop into bits. Cut an onion and mince the garlic. Add 1T of the bacon grease to a pot, melt the butter and cook the onion for 5 minutes. Add in the garlic and flour, stir to eliminate the clumps and cook for a minute. Slowly incorporate the milk and half and half, then do the same with the chicken broth. Add the salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. Reduce heat, add the bacon and cheese. Once melted, add back the potatoes and heat for a few minutes. Add to a bowl, top with sour cream, cheese, bacon, and green onion!
