United Auto Workers president Shawn Fain says

He says that goes up to 33-percent when accounting for inflation and the maximum pay will rise to 42-dollars an hour. Pay will go up by eleven-percent in the first year of the contract, and Fain says they have "drastically decreased" how long it takes UAW members to earn top pay.
