Michigan Hit By Tyson Food Recall

A nationwide release from Tyson Foods, Inc. is warning consumers of a recall of nearly 30,000 pounds of dinosaur-shaped chicken nuggets after reports of consumers finding metal pieces in the product.

According to the United States Department of Agriculture’s Food and Safety Inspection Service, there has been one reported minor oral injury.

Michigan was one of the nine states affected by this recall.

The affected “Tyson FULLY COOKED FUN NUGGETS BREADED SHAPED CHICKEN PATTIES” are sold in 29-ounce plastic bags with a Best If Used By date of SEP 04, 2024.
