Stop and Smell the Roses

I did a card pull about change ~ I’ve added the words transmutation, transition, transformation and alchemy ~ feel like change is related to all. Four cards flew out of the Greek Mythology Reading Cards ~ was able to piece them together very quickly into a message. Hydra, Laertes, The Morai, and Hestia. Whatever your challenges may be – job related, relationship, health ~ with unusual faithfulness and uncommon loyalty, you can tackle any of these challenges with a thoughtful, new, in-depth approach and you will eventually overcome any complications or difficulties. You get to think out of the box. Very helpful if you don the total belief in this process in a positive way and believe in a positive future. This will bring contentment towards you and will more likely help you manifest what you hope to achieve. Value the moment and get the best out of it ~ that was a message from frog medicine from Episode eight… don’t just go through these changes but stop and smell the roses and appreciate them, stop and look what’s happening. Don’t just grin and bear these changes. This is pretty rare what we’re going through. And through that process your confidence and fortune will grow accordingly. Hestia says to cultivate your inner fire, the quiet dignity; listen to the quiet flame within you; best to cultivate alone, this inner fire; you will be able to listen and see anew, new ways to face these challenges. In the late 1990’s, this book, Letter to Earth by Elia Wise came my way. Section where she speaks about transmutation, transition, transformation ~ really appreciate. A culmination to share with you: through purposeful action, there will be subtle but potent conceptual and energetic changes. Through embracing this feeling, this notion, of this energy of transformation one expands their awareness, one forces their values to reorganize and helps us to integrate systems and to change our structures and behaviors fundamentally so that transfiguration and manifestation can flow. Go with the flow. Do not resist change. Getcha in trouble. Let’s switch to the music side of this with Laurie McClain ~ she’s going to play her uncommon song, Angry Ways. Laurie doesn’t play many songs like this. Anger, like fear, can be constructive and not destructive. Can be a good motivator. Especially in times of social injustice, inequality, victimization and the creation of good boundaries. You need a little hutzpah. Anger is destructive when it becomes resentful, main motivator is frustration; leads to hatred and rage; very erosisve corruption to your Spirit. Because this is a Whole Brain Podcast, intended to raise your frequency, we don’t want you to do that. Use your anger in good ways. Love how Laurie jams in this music. Wake Up & Smell the Coffee
Episode nine, segment two, whole brain podcast, wake up and smell the coffee, theme is about love, cause it’s such a talked about subject worldwide; gonna start to chew it off a little bit.

Felt the place to start was from the book Power vs. Force: The Hidden Determinants of Human Behavior by David R. Hawkins, MD, PhD ~ now deceased. Love made it in the top five of fifteen human behaviors he studied and tested. This is what he says about love. Love by the way is followed by three other characteristics: joy, peace and enlightenment. Those are the energy levels above love. Love ranks at the five hundred level ~ is characterized by the development of a love that is unconditional, unchanging and permanent. Doesn’t fluctuate. Its’source isn’t dependent on external factors, Loving is a state of being. It is a forgiving, nurturing and supportive way of relating to the world. Love isn’t intellectual and doesn’t precede the mind. Love eminates from the heart. It has the capacity to uplift others and accomplish great feats because of its’ purity. Love takes no position and thus is global, rising above separation. It is then possible to be one with another, for there are no longer any barriers. Love is therefore inclusive and expands the sense of self progressively. Love focuses on the goodness of life in all its’ expressions and augments that which is positive. It dissolves negativity, by re-contextualizing it rather than attacking it. Listen to that several times if you would. There’s a lot to that.

We get to dive deep into the world of the Scorpio. Scorpio season, the Day of the Dead. I was born at Webb Air Force Base, which is no longer there, in Big Spring Texas on November 2, 1959. Scorpios are known for their ability to go with change and transformation, for sure. My co-producer challenged me to speak into a true Lifestory ~ change and love represented /experienced. Going to share…some parameters ~ a leap of faith, perhaps was uncomfortable, seen as negative, Also, what opportunities presented itself afterwards from this experience. My partner and I most definitely reorganized our values, changed our structures and behaviors, so that transfiguration and manifestation could again flow.

We had become so stagnant ~ no brainer ~ required a lot of hutzpah. Took place about nine years ago, with my partner of twenty years. Had done a weekly radio show in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I was very proud of that and very happy to be involved, however it took over, like a vine, our life. I used to joke, how the CD’s and books in our home just took over. We did find a place in which we could separate home from office ~ was really good, really a relief that that happened.

When you’re in relationship that long you do, you must take leaps of faith ~ it is required if you’re going to keep your love alive. My partner and I saw and very truthfully and honestly shared our experiences, and both concluded our personal relationship had become very stagnant and stale and how could we change that ~ we felt the best way to change that, was to allow another person into our intimate life. After we decided this, the doors for me, opened up very quickly. I very much needed this change, probably more than my partner. It was his full blessing ~ him allowing me to deeply submerse myself in this energy that allowed for me to feel I had nothing to hide, to be ashamed of. Nothing to deny. I could embrace it all and be embraced by it all. I was forever changed and am forever grateful.

Without being above board, I couldn’t have experienced what I did, as a result. Of course, we both knew we were taking a leap of faith. This would take strength, truth-telling, honestly and sharing ~ not super easy. And yet, doors opened for me. This exchange was very easy for me. I knew, for myself that I needed to break out and needed to be with another person to experience I different side of myself. I was very concerned after because it was for only two days, that I would ever be able to have this experience again. That was a sad truth that came out of this conscious love relationship ordeal. I wondered if I was ever going to be worthy to receive the kind of affection and attention from another as beautiful on every level. Well, I did get to experience this for four to five years. Was with another gentleman. We were on and off, but I felt like the search was over. What happened previously was the springboard for allowing me to step onto the platform of searching, but not searching for my true love. I really felt that I had found my true love and this was expressed in many ways, but one of them was through our lovemaking, Quite the risk. We had many breakthroughs ~ many moments of discovering our sovereignty. Changed us forever. Not for everybody. But for some. You really do need to break free from your relationship to experience a deeper part of yourself. I would support you in being very truthful, honest, up front and not be secretive with your partner ~ will make all the difference in the world. I can guarantee that.

Truth-telling, sovereignty, breakthrough, expansion of awareness, reorganization of values, changing the structures and behaviors to allow for transfiguration and manifestation to allow for a greater flow: were some of the greatest gifts. We did part ways a couple years later. Always remained very good friends up until his crossing over. He did die in January of 2020 from complications of ALS. That was very difficult. Love does continue. Sometimes it transforms or transmutes.

We are going to move forward with Laurie McClain. I love how she declared at the age of six to her family, that she was going to be a singer when she grew up ~ can’t you just see that ~ if we all knew and declared how we were going to express ourselves when we grew up, I do think we’d be further along. I’ve always loved this song. It’s called Ascend. I’m not a musician. Not so sure about the frequency ~ seems kind of low frequency, but love the lyrics of this song ~ See where it takes you ~ much love – enjoy.
